Located in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY on over 6.5 acres our spacious home is perfect for families, friends or quiet romantic getaway. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, organic tea, snacks, toiletries, large laundry room, high-speed WIFI, Game Room, 2 Smart TV’s, hot tub, & a large barrel sauna with bubble wall for lake views.
The Space
Queens View FLX Canandaigua is an ALL Season Destination. Chic décor with comfort and environment in mind. Enjoy numerous wineries, beaches, parks, shopping, museums, antiquing, boating, kayaking, SUP, hiking, viewing wildlife, biking, ziplining, skiing and snowboarding. Great destination for Romantic Getaways, Families, Retreats, Workshops, Photoshoots, Dinners, Tea Parties, Elopements.
The Land
A private drive takes you to your vacation retreat on over 6.5 sprawling acres to enjoy the giant pine trees, changing seasons and lake views.
The House
Upstairs:
2.5 Bathrooms – towels provided; Grand living room with cathedral ceilings, Smart TV, record player and a large beautiful stone wood burning fireplace; Open dining area with vintage Cesca chairs, fully stocked kitchen with lake views from the sliders that takes you out to the spacious deck with pergola and entrance to the grounds; Master Suite with lake views, en suite bath, king sized bed, has 2 large closets and sliding doors leading out to the deck; 2nd bedroom has large closet, full bathroom & king sized bed; Very large laundry room with a 1/2 bathroom.
Downstairs:
1 full bathroom; Game Room- Pool table, dart board, poker / board game table, pub table with 2 stools & Smart TV; 3rd Bedroom includes 2 double sized beds & double sized bunk bed.
The Outdoors
Deck has a pergola with a large built in seating area. Wet-bar & charcoal grill are also on site. Gorgeous, large barrel sauna with a bubble wall that allows you to view Canandaigua Lake. Hot tub is located close to the sauna.
