Our home is located in the Finger Lakes Region of Western, N.Y. with breathtaking lake views on an expansive 52 acre property of Woodlands & 2 ponds. Nature is abundant! Perfect for families, friends or quiet romantic getaway. Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Snacks, Highspeed WIFI, Laptop table, 2 Smart TV’s & A Traditional Dry Sauna & Hot tub. At night enjoy breathtaking stargazing and on a clear night even views of the milky way. An Astronomers Paradise!
The Space
Queens View is an 3 Season Destination. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, viewing wildlife, biking, fishing, ziplining, skiing and snowboarding. Great destination for Romantic Getaways, Families, Retreats, Workshops, Photoshoots, Dinners, Tea Parties, Elopements.
The Land
A long tree lined driveway leads you to this secluded home settled high above beautiful Canadice Lake. Surrounded by Woodlands, 2 spring fed ponds, wildlife abounds in this natural setting with stunning views from every direction.
The House
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with a Full Private Bathroom and Washer/Dryer Room attached. 2nd Bedroom & another full Bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all your cooking and entertainment needs. The Dining Room has a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
Great Room: Features a Smart TV, electric fireplace console and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck.
Downstairs: Family Room includes a room that can also be a 4th Bedroom. This room includes a Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa, Large Chase Lounge, Dresser, and a SMART TV.
Other Areas: Adjacent to the Family Room is a Wet-Bar/Kitchen, Gas Wood Stove, and a Sitting Area great for playing board games, reading a book or just relaxing with a glass of wine or tea. 3rd Bedroom with 2 Double Sized Beds, Electric Fireplace & Closet. Down the end of the Hallway is our Traditional Dry Sauna Room and 3rd Full Bathroom.
The Outdoors
The deck has many lounge chairs, dining table and a Dual Grill (Propane & Charcoal). The beautiful stone terrace features a firepit and chairs, and the lawn area includes a large swing set and access to lawn games.
